Hi me again,

I did another hpt this morning and it came back negative still hve all the signs of pregnancy and still no sign of my period. I think I could have conceived on 3 or 4th feb which is the date of my missed period is it to early to tell with a hpt. I have an appointment with my docter on Monday to tell me for sure.
I have been pregnant before but had an abortion againest my wishes a year ago so I know what it feels like, there is no reason for my period to be late as not stressed or wotrrid . HELP PLEASE XX

It is virtually impossible to conceive unless you are ovulating. If you were due to get your period on the 3rd or 4th, chances are high that you had already conceived and that the egg was not viable for fertalization.

Now, since you are going to the doctor on Monday, and since that doctor will take a full history (if this is not your regular doc) and the doctor will most likely do a physical. It would be best to ask him/her about this for your own piece of mind.
