HI, When I turn it on , I get two flashes on red light. Will not start up. Thank you.

The two flashing red lights indicates the problem area. You should be able to find the code for those flashes on the inside of your unit's panel. Also it is a good idea to look up the starting sequence of a heating unit which will give you a broad understanding of what should happen when the unit receives a call for heat from the thermostat.
