I truly hope you all have much to be thankful for...

And have a laugh on me:

Happy Thanksgiving from WKRP (http://www.kewego.com/video/iLyROoafYtDe.html)

Even though I often want to shake you by the shoulders until your teeth rattle, speechless, I love reading your posts and wish you a Happy Thanksgiving too.

What do they eat in Texas for Thanksgiving dinner?

Ditto that, and if you played fantasy football you could take it out on me like ex and Tal do. ;)

Well, turkey of course. And ham, mashed taters, giblet gravy, dressing, veggies, hot rolls and all the pie you can stand. What did you think we ate, brisket? Ok, brisket too.

Oh yeah, but not me... I'm a pecan bigot. I'll stick to chocolate, buttermilk chess, brownies and get this, caramel pie.

But isn't Texas the pecan state, like, the pecan is the state nut or something?

Yes, the pecan is our state tree. I love nuts I just don't like pecans - it may have something to do with all those darn pecans from my grandmother's orchard I had to shell as a kid.
