Is it advisable to opt for CSE in Mtech when completed EEE in Btech which is truly a choice of interest?

I am a Btech 3rd year student in K.L.University( Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh).I am currently perceiving Electrical and Electronics Engineering .But I have a profound interest in learning Computer Sciences from my childhood.Can I opt for Computer Sciences in Mtech program which is completely a choice of interest for me?
