All four tubes were full of oil. Cleaned it out , started the car drove two blocks - turned it off - started it back up for one to two minutes -turned it off - now crank no start -no spark. Power to coil -dist - injecter pulse good - crank signal good - cam sensor pulse good - coil ohms out good . I'm stumped !

Only other thing I could think is that the oil damaged the wires, and now the esistance is too high.

If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the problem is distributor related. Typically, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil solves the problem. Bench testing these items is virtually worthless. High secondary resistance often damages these components, so ensure the distributor cap, rotor, and wires are in good shape.
