On 9/8/2009 I was convicted of count one fleeing fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and count two misdemeanor DWI and was place on probation for count one two year and count two one year. Got in to trouble again on 7/25/2011 and was convicted of gross misdemeanor DWI. They sent me a letter said that I violated my probation, I thought my probation was done but I guess not .they sent a letter to appear in court, any ideas what will happen because I commit the same offense ?

Well first on the two year probation it was 9/2009 so it would not be over till 9/2011, so you did this in 7/2011 so it is obviously not two years yet, so I am not sure why you would think your probation is over. And over if you meet any and all of the conditions of that probation ( not sure if and what they are since you did not specify.
But you have of course your largest worry about the new charge, since a second DUI in many states have a required jail time. So a lot of what will happen is completely up to the judge. Do you get one that really hates DUI drivers, is this an election year and the state wants to show they are getting tough on crime. Will someone get hurt or killed seriously and make the news right before you appear in court. It all can effect what will happen.
Most likely an extended probation, perhaps a required program like AA.
