Replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor should solve the problem.
Note: It's best to only use properly gapped NGK plugs in Hondas. Lightly coat the outside porcelein portion of the plug with dielectric grease and carefully center the spark plug wire's spring electrode over the plug.

Ill try that next I did use NGK plugs and gaped them and everything. If it is the ICM would it only start ruff some of the time or would it be all of the time?

There are so many different manifestations of a bad ICM that it is not funny. Problems often appear only some of the time.

mike0531, I would. I would also replace the rotor and distributor cap, if they have not been replaced in 60,000 miles.

I had already changed the cap and rotor. Just changed the ignition coil and ICM and it seems to be good so far. Although it has seemed OK before for a little while. Now I just need to watch it and hope. Thanks for all the advice Txgreasemonkey you ve been very helpful
