Only thing that works is brake lights, hazard lights & horn.. battery, alternater & starter is good... under dash fuse box has no power to it

. Remove and fully charge the battery--don't assume it is good. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

You should have tried the suggestions, which I know you didn't. Some people are just ungrateful and you can't help them. You have this problem for a purpose.

I had battery replaced with a new one.. battery & alternater tester was put on the car.. showed alternater being good.. cross jumped the starter.. its working.. used test light under dash fuse box.. not 1 fuse shows working.. under the hood fuse box only 3 showed working.. it was the battery 80amp & horn & hazard..

How can you claim my suggestions were not helpful, when the test light would have clearly indicated that the 80A Battery, 20A Stop/Horn, and 10A Hazard fuse in the under hood fuse box were bad? What led you then to the under hood fuse box, if not my suggestion to test those fuses? They were previously overlooked, as you made no reference to checking them. Additionally, you ended up replacing the battery, which you did not mention as new beforehand. Essentially, this is the same result as testing or charging a battery and finding it deficient. This whole episode is weird and rubs me the wrong way. On what basis did you find my suggestions not helpful, since within 2 hours after giving you these suggestions, you identified and solved the problem?
