My sister received 10 years probation on a charge of embezzlement, computer fraud and forgery about 7 years ago. About 2 years ago she received antoher felony charge of fraud and for that charge she received 1 day jail and 5 years suspended. She was brought up on probation violation for the orginial charge and given 10 additional years on probation bringing it to 20 years probation. She now has 3 additional felony charges for embezzlement. How much time to you think she will get on the 20 years probation and 5 years suspended? Thanks!

My guess prison not jail, about 5 to 10 years. Remember the court has given her two chances, and she is still doing crimes,
( and who knows how many she was not caught at) so yes while it is always up to the judge I see some serious prison time this time.

Thank you! Can she also get time on the suspended sentence of 5 years for the fraud? My guess also is that she will likely get time on the new felony charges as well since she is a repeat offender?
