Do they drug test when ending probation early in ct?

I don't know your state laws but, I was on probation for 16 months in my state. I had one done on my last visit just because I guess those were the rules. It also depends on your probation officer and how leinant they are towards their offenders regarding drug testing.

There is no strict rule to it, it is often done. But then of course as long as a person is not using drugs, then there should be no worry.

Agree with Excon and Frchuck - research does not show a 100% answer in CT. Is apparently at the discretion of PO and Judge.

Of course, if a person isn't using it doesn't matter either way. Is that your concern?
