Yes, with the right (expensive and often licensed) software.

The person also would have to have posted at least two photos which are then compared.

I need to trace a guy from some photos I have.It looks like he is from the usa as there is an american flag in the back ground.Is there a site I could upload the photos onto,to see if anyone recognises him or where I could get further details of him.Thanks

Why do you need to track him ? Perhaps you are in the Mob and he is in witness protection ?

Did this have to do with some dating scam ?
