Here's my situation, it occurred almost a year ago at one store location-an accident gone wrong. I hired an attorney, did a stench of Community Service, My case was Dismissed, I Never entered that store location and don't ever plane on entering that location again nor Ever making that mistake again. Recently I went shopping at a different location and guess who I saw? "that same L.P.O" We recognized each other and he immediately engaged in Harassing Behavior towards me for nothing. He had 7-people following me closely embarrassing and scrutinizing me, although I didn't give them any reason At All to behave the way they did. As I was checking out, one of them even stood so close to me that I know she saw me entering my private pin info! Again Everything I purchased was on the counter & there was absolutely No Need for any of this! It was so Humiliating and intentionally Embarrassing that I need to know if I have a Law Suit against them. Thank You for any responses.

No, you don't have grounds for a lawsuit... But, I'm wondering WHY you just didn't walk out of the store instead of letting them harass you.
