What would I have to do to press charges for filing a false police report? How long do I have to press charges? This all happened in Sept. 2011.

Would this be in the USA, Canada, Autrailia, someplace else? Locations are always critical when matters of law are involved.

You press charges by calling the cops.. If you want to sue, you file a case in your local courthouse.
