Second, yes a husband can, just as the wife can, decide to move out. They don't even need to file for divorce immediately. It's called a separation.


Third, no you can't "get him for abandonment". Abandonment is not a charge it's a ground. However, you can file for divorce and ask for an emergency order of support if you can't afford to maintain the household on your own. You can cite abandonment as grounds for asking for the divorce.
