It was long ago. Maybe around 2007 I watch it.. was about the future I'm guessing. And the women's couldn't get pregnant. But there was a young girl pregnant. But the people who knew about it had to keep it a secret or something bad would happen. Not sure if it was taken in New York. But they were on a Boat to get away from the people. Really don't remember it all.
