I am 7 months pregnant and have had a great first trimester and half of a second trimester with no morning sickness.. lucky me! The second half of my second trimester was terrible always throwing up.. now I'm in my 3rd trimester and its been pretty good, except for this morning when I woke up with unbearable heartburn tried to move around to get comfy but ended up jumping out of bed and running to the bathroom and puking instantly.. I puked up bile and blood.. not a ton of blood but not a little tiny bit either! Is this something I should be concerned about?
