I live in nyc, I wanted to sell my a property that I owned. I was told by a real estate person that they would and could sell my property, but I needed to sign it into a corporation,which ni did, however for the next 6 months I continued to receive demands from the bank for mortgage payments. Upon further checking I found out that the corp. is renting the property and not paying the bank or myself. I also found out that the corperation is inactive and has been so since the year 1992. The deed which the corporation has has not been filed with the county, it is only being used to control the property. How can I get my property back and remove these people from any docs on my property ? Thanks
