I was arrested for a misdimeanor... then I was put on probation... just recently I was arrested again, but the charges were droped due to no evidence and the cops shldnt of arrested me. What's the chance of me spending time in jail? And if so how long? I am talking to a therpist for my anger, and she will go to court for me. I live in Michigan, and I have a VOP... I get off probation in January...
