I am converting Israeli Shekels to US $ to report gain / loss on currency exchange in US $.
I have been using the daily rate from rate to compute the gain / loss of the exchange.

Can I use just the use the USD to ILS rate shown as a whole number ( Ask vs Bid ) ?
