Below my left shoulder, but above the shoulder blade has had kind of a "pin point" of pain for the last three days. It's weird to explain, but there's a point where it hurts the worst and everything on the left side of my body seems sore because of it. My left arm has felt partially asleep and I can't comletely move my head down or from side to side without unbearable pain in that part of my back. I'm about to let my husband take me to the doctor which is showing a lot, because doctors are so expensive. I'm starting to feel like the left side of my stomach is hurting. I can't sleep well at night. Would it be worth it to go in or should I just keep trying to sleep it off in case it's just me sleeping on it wrong, since I woke up with it? I'm only 21.

Sounds like a trapped nerve, this will affect your back, neck and other parts of the body.

Gentle exercise will help, also hot (as much as you can bear) showers over the affected area( shoulder blade)you will find this will ease the pain ,but only temporarily.

Anti-inflamatory tablets will help,as will gels that you can rub into the affected part of the body.
You can get both from any supermarket or chemists.

However, you must check with a doctor to be sure that they are safe to take with any other medication that you may be taking.

This is just my opinion,to be sure of an accurate diagnoses you need to see your doctor.
