Concrete basement floor at my house is not leveled. The high level is at the middle of the rooom and slope towards the wall. The high level at the middle of the house is about 2 inches higher than floor near the wall. Can you please suggest what are the options I have to level the basement floor? Thanks in advance.

There are only a couple of options, both with possible complications. You could pour a topping mix over the existing floor, pumped in. You would probably have to go up 1/2-1" in the middle and then level to the wall. What will this do with any door openings, drains, heater and HW heater placement? A simpler DIY project is to cut tapered PT 2X4's, glue or power nail them to the floor and cover with a vapor barrier, roofing felt or poly and then 1/2" ply. Difficulty here is same as above and tapering the ply at the center unless you go up the same 1/2-1" Some people don't like a wooden floor in a basement due to moisture issues.
