Want to tell friend I reached goal weight is that bragging? She been supporting me all this time when I was on a diet but I'm afraid I've been bragging I don't want to brag

If she's been supporting you all along, why wouldn't she want to know? I would think she'd be thrilled!

No that's not bragging, not at all.. You are in fact sharing with her your happiness.. Sure she will be happy for the results sense she supported you of course..
