I have a 5yr old daughter who has never meet her father. I have currently start receiving government help and because of this the state of Tennessee is going after him for child support. He has stated that he is not interested in her,he is not on the birth certificate, and would like to sign over his parental rights to my fiancée. My fiancée and I have a 1yr old son together and he has been my daughters father figure for most her life. My question to you is,is this possible and if so how do I go about getting this done? Thanks
