I have these 2 or 3 flaps of skin in the entrance to my vagina. They do not hurt at all and are pretty small. I am 18 and sexually active and afraid it is a std or something. But at the same time it doesn't hurt or anything so I don't t know. Is this normal?

Are these flaps on the labia? Or around the labia? Almost IN the vagina? Or all the way on the outside? You say pretty small, could they be a skin tag? You can get them down there too.

They look like extra skin hanging inside the vagina. They are very small like 1 cm long or something around that. So do you think it is something to worry about or not? I got it around 2 weeks after having sex with someone which is why it worries me.

Are you able to see a doctor about it? If you can't afford a doctor's visit, see if there's a free clinic in your area.

Do you think that is necessary? I can't feel them I just noticed them one day. Are the skin flaps signs of a std or hiv?
