I have had 2 terminations over 4 years ago, I have been with my partner for nearly 2 years and we are trying for a baby.
We have been having unprotected sex for nearly a year and a half and I can't seem to fall pregnant.
He has a child from a previous relationship so I know it has nothing to do with him.
Should I be concerned?

I've never heard the term "fall pregnant" before. It must be the same as getting pregnant.

Yes, if you've been trying for 18 months I would consult with a Physician. The fact that he has a child from a previous relationship does not mean he doesn't have a problem now.

Both of you need to see a Physician.
