I have a feeling my spit is bad smell and lips are sticky, it feels when I breeth

Go to your dentists, have your dental health checked out.It could be you have an infection,in your gums,or you need fillings,or you have an abscess.

Also visit your doctor,it may be nothing to do with your teeth,but you could have some sort of infection.
If there is a problem with the stomach,then that would make your mouth and breath smell awful as well.
It could be you need a course of anti-biotics to kill the infection.

Visit your Dentist and Doctor for a correct diagnoses.
