Ask to see their birth certificate or their other paper work.
Are you an employer wishing to hire someone ?

I have the mothers first and last name, her current address, phone number, and month and day of birth. Can I find out with just this info? The story is. Boyfriend had a one night fling with this girl and a year and half later gets a phone call and says you may be the father. So we got a dna test and sure enough he is 99.999% the father. So we know the child is legal since he is. But we aren't sure of the mother. We have asked for a copy of the child's birth certificate over 3 months ago but she has not provided that to us. The mother speaks little or no english. Any info would be appreciated.

You aren't sure of the mother? The woman who claims she is the mother of the child is not the woman he had the "fling" with?
I don't know what you are asking. If the child is born here, the child gets to stay here. If the mother is illegal and deported, the child 99.9% of the time goes with her and your boyfriend supports the child long distance.
I truly don't know what you are asking or looking for - ? Are you looking to have the mother deported... or something else?
You can report her to Immigration and see what happens. Immigration is not going to share this info with you. You MIGHT be able to find it by Court Order.
I'm ex-US Customs. We got similar requests all the time. This is privileged information.
I'd be less concerned about the mother and absolutely furious with my boyfriend. I hope you can trust him - it's ALWAYS a one-night stand and surprise!

I see what Hopefullplease is asking: she wants to know if the mother of her BF's child is a citizen. Why she wants to know is the unclear part.
I doubt that she wants to hire her. So that leaves me with the conclusion that she is considering having the mother deported. Of course citizenship is not the real issue. If the mother is an illegal alien, then she would be subject to deportation.
If the child was born in the US, he or she is a citizen. If the mother is deported, as JudyKayTee indicates, chances are the infant (althouigh a citizen) would be deported as well.

Apparently a "legal citizen" as opposed to an "illegal citizen."
