My mother who is on a very fixed income has Carrier/BDP Gas furnace #397HAW048120, installed around 1983 that won't come on. When I cycle the power switch I hear the relay on the control board click. I pulled off the covers and the cover off the control panel. When I cycle the power On and Off the first relay on the left of the control board will flash when power is applied. Nothing else will happen. The fan inducer fan motor will not come on. Where should I look next?
