I can not seem to transpose this question,
F = mg ma (m)

Sorry I forgot to put in a + sign between the mg and ma

Is this what you mean:

F = mg + ma

You want to solve for 'a" - is that right? Start by subtrtacting mg from both sides:

F - mg = ma

Then divide my m:

(F-mg)/m = a

Sorry ebaines, I want to find m

F = mg + ma = m(g+a), so:

F/(g+a) = m
