Eck on the kids. What should he do to get full custody of his kids?

He goes to Court, brings proof, files for custody and asks for child support.

He already has full custody by default. He is the legal father, correct? Two months is generally not enough to claim abandonment. So does he want a divorce or what? He needs to fully explain what he actually wants for him and the children.

I think he goes to Court now and gets full legal custody so the mother can't come back and leave again, this time with the children.
