I have a Nordyne Model GR4GA-024k072C gas heater. The Blower runs constantly no matter what thermostat setting and its not producing any heat. When I took off the cover it has a red light flashing. Was wondering how to go about figuring what's wrong.

After doing some more research Ive determined that the light is just flashing code 1 which I believe means "Limit circuit open or external load on "W"" If that's the case am I correct, that I can just jump the Limit Switch (56 in the attached diagram) or the Roll-out Limit Switch (65 in the attached diagram) to see which is the cause? Is there anything else that I'm missing or am I completely off base?
