Yes, they can. If they tell YOU not to contact her and you do they can have you arrested for custodial interference.
Are you aware that having sex with her when she's a minor is against the law? "Teenagers aged 13, 14 and 15 may or may not be able to legally engage in sexual activity with partners who are less than 4 years older. Such partners could not be prosecuted under statutory rape laws, but may be liable for other offenses, even when the sexual activity is consensual." But I'm 17, she's 15. That's 2 years. Not 4 like your post says.

Read the whole paragraph again... "are less than 4 years older.
Four years or more older and it's a definite felony. I didn't post that, though. I posted "less than 4 years older" because that pertains to your situation.

I am really confused, for my situation, what is the statutory rape law in PA?

Do you even read what I'm posting? Here, again, in another format:
In Pennsylvania the age of consent is 16. She is under 16.
Because she is 15 and you are 2 years older you cannot IN MOST INSTANCES be charged with statutory rape. Now, if the relationship started when she was 12 (or younger) it IS.
You CAN be charged with corruption of a minor or unlawful contact, regardless whether the sexual intercourse was consentual.
You COULD carry a sex offender status for the rest of your life.
It's up to her parents and whether they want to notify the Police.

We where thinking about it but didn't want me to get in any kind of legal trouble... and where worried about pregnancy risks and what would happen.. I think ill just hold off until she's 16... thanks for the help

Now I'm super confused. You think she's pregnant but you haven't had sex? What?

No I was just saying that to get a direct answer, acting as if she was. We are both still virgins.

So I spent time looking up information for you to answer a question which was a lie?
I understand the problem her parents have with you.

Her parents don't have a problem with me at all, FYI. And I was acting as if I was in the situation. The rude comments are not needed.

You still helped, now I can I can't 'legally' have sex, and what would happen. So thank you for that, but again, the extra comments such as "I understand the problem her parents have with you" is not needed.

I'm sorry - I'm apparently have difficulty separating your truth from your lies.
I thought the "help" in caps meant you needed help.

Get over it. I don't need to explain myself to you, and I won't. I said I was acting "AS IF" . Now DROP IT.

Please, in the future, tell us the truth, even if it's hypothetical, and you probably will still get a "direct answer" (as long as it isn't homework).
For example, you could have asked "What if we had sex and she became pregnant? Could her parents stop me from seeing/talking to her?" There, would that have been so hard?
Get over it. I don't need to explain myself to you, and i won't. i said i was acting "AS IF" . Now DROP IT.
And loose the attitude. JudyKayTee didn't need to help you when you begged for help. You owe her a big apology.
