Hi Krogan...
The first thing to check in this case will be to see if power is getting to the dryer. Here, unplug the dryer and plug a lamp or other 120V corded device (hair dryer, small TV, etc.) into the dryer receptacle. If you find that there is no power to the receptacle check the fuse/breaker panel and see if the fuse/breaker has blown/tripped and replace/reset as needed.
If there is power going to the machine then the next place to look will most likely be the start button... ;)
