I love my girlfriend, I do love her so so so much. She just recently moved abroad to continuing her study. And I'm staying here for my study.. I've one friend at college, we are close and whole college think we're having affair, and I'm kind of free guy, don't care about this all. I like her, but as a friend.

Recently, my girlfriend heard from others about it, and she was sad. But I persuaded her that its nothing. Its just because of my openness and frankness. Finally, I made my girlfriend convinced. But now she's gone. If I again continue being close with my friend (gal) of my college, will it be OK? Or should I stop being close with her? Won't it be enough I control myself? What shall I do?

The problem with long distance relationships is that your trust is put to the test, continue to be mates with this girl, just make sure to never go beyond mates, don't even hold her hand and text/ email your girlfriend everyday :) she'll feel reassured, but long distance relationships are hard, unless you love each other :/ so good luck

A friend close to you is going to be better I believe, than a non-trusting long distance girlfriend.

Well if you have no romantic feelings for your friend, it should be fine.
If you do, you have to choose. She is far away from you, so she will suspect things and read so much into so little. So give her nothing to read into!
