I am 14 and my parents divorced when I was in 3rd grade and my mom lives in Colorado and I live in az. I believe we were taken away from my mom because she didn't take care of us but that was because she didn't take her meds and other stuff but now she has a really good boyfriend and he takes care of everything and my mom is in good shape now. Do yout think if my dad gave me approval to go live with my mom do you think he can go to court and say he is fine with it? Cause I rarely ever get to see my mom but would they still allow it if my dad allows it. I live with my dad. So if both my parents agree won't the court agree too?since my mom is healthy now and a very different person?

The Court will do whatever is in your best interest - that might be staying where you are OR living with your mother. You were "taken away" from your mother? By the State, someone else?

My question would be - you say you rarely see your mother. How do you know she's healthy now? That takes time, knowing and living with a person.

What does her boyfriend take care of? Does your mother work? It is her responsibility to provide support for you, not her boyfriend's responsibility, and the Court will ask.
