I am concerned about a similar issue. This involves the non custodials GF, too. She bad mouths both myself and the non custodial to my daughter. She has also threatened me repeatedly with the FOC and other things. The Non custodial and I seem to be fine, but he places her in charge and expects that I hand over my daughter to the GF frequently. Can I insist that he be the one to handle the exchanges and that he be present for the time my daughter spends with the GF?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

What is FOC?

You cannot stop her from being involved with the child during his visits. But you can insist that all communication be with him.

If you can prove that the girlfriend is trying to alienate your children from you, then you may be able to go to court and charge her with alienation.

I would discuss this with your attorney.
