On the cover of this book it has a blue sky with green grass, tree,and an apple on the tree. I am not positive but I thought the book started with an A. I read the book in 7th grade so it's a teen book. I remember some parts of the book like A little girl was born and a lady had to help take care of her because the mom was disabled/mental. I think the "helper" went away so the when the girl was older she went on a search to find the "helper". Again I'm not positive but I thought the "helper" ended up being her grandma and once again I think the "helper" and or the mental mother dies.
