I just found out my teen that lives with me is smoking pot. I also have a five year old in my home, can my ex take the five year old away from me even though I didn't know my teen was doing this?

If your ex can prove you have allowed an unhealthy environment for the 5 yr old, it could affect custody.

However, this situation doesn't sound like that exists.
