What does it all mean?

Well I am not exacly sure because spam has two meanings. On being a name for canned food "SPAM" in wich case the meaning is obvious. And there's a second explanation, spam is basiclly a lot of commercials popping when you don't want them, for example when you click on a web site and 5 commercials pop. If that's the case then eating spam means taking all thous commercials in "your face".
