My Aunt has offered to take over the payment on her vehicle. I am grateful since I have poor Credit and the loan she has, has a good interest rate. How do I get added to the title so that I can get insurance. I just want to be added to the title, but keep the interest rate. I would appreciate anyone's help.

You can't - unless the loan is paid up (which obviously isn't going to happen because you are assuming ownership) she cannot give the car away or add another owner. That's the purpose of a lien on the title. She should read through her financing papers but I've never seen anything different than what I've just said.
I think you mean you are taking over the payments on her vehicle - ?

Consider taking over her insurance payments, and having her add you as a co-insured driver.
Write a contract between you and your aunt providing that, when the car has been paid off by you, she will sign it over to you.
