Hi all,
I have little experience with trouble shooting appliances so my first question is going to be kind of silly to those that have even a little experience.
I have a Kenmore 90 series @ 10 years old and it isn't heating. Everything else seems to be working properly. At first I assumed it was the heating element but after reading some of the questions and answers I see that it could be a number of things. The first question I have is, how do you access the heating element/coils? I tried from the back and it seems to be sealed tightly even after removing the screws. If anyone could get me pointed in the right direction that would be great!
Thanks in advance to any responses!
