Does anyone know of a Filipina, being extradited from the Philippines over a financial debt that originated in UAE? My fiancŽe has a debt of $30,000 taken out as a personal loan with a local UAE bank. With the terrible economic crash in that region, this loan will now be impossible to repay. She never wants to go back to this region, where bad debt is regarded as a crime and punishable by a lengthy prison sentence. Is she safe from extradition in her home country or in UK?
