The LED light blinks 5 times says flame sensed when no flame should be present, open rollout switch but this is not the case. I checked the rollout switch and the reset was not tripped and the switch ended up testing to be OK, same with the other 2 limit switches. The old circuit board ended up needing replaced due to a stuck relay, now I installed this new board and as soon as I power up the unit the blowers kick on and stay on and it throws out the 5 blinks. I am in need of some assistance here any information regarding how to solve this issue with this furnace would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advanced

I have checked the pressure switch, both limit switches, the rollout switch, all of the hoses and the flue pipe for a possible clog. I tried jumping across the switches to see if I could bypass them to find the problem, did this for each one and problem stayed the same. I checked the ignitor which had the proper power to it, cleaned the flame sensor. I am Completely out of ideas, the only possible thing left that I can think of is when I bought the new circuit board maybe I got a dud. If anyone out there can think of anything that I'm missing please let me know I can honestly say that I am stumped why this furnace is not working. Once again when I power up this Trane XB unit, it instantly kicks both the main blower and the vent blower on then blinks 5 times on the LED. Then after about 30 seconds the vent blower will shut off but main blower remains on...
