Hi there, I am in Australia and trying to connect a new light fixture. The new fixture is a two light bulb unit. On it, it has two blue wires (one from each light bulb) and two brown wires (one from each light bulb) bundled (blue with blue and brown with brown).

From the ceiling there are wires coming out as follows:
- three black wires bundled together;
- two red wires bundled together;
- one red wire;
- two yellow-green (ground) wires bound together.

The room has two switches on opposite sides that are used to operate the light fixture.

After having done some reading I connected the black wires from the ceiling to the blue wires on the fixture. Joined together the two bundled red wires with the single red wire which I then connected with the brown wire on the fixture.

What happens ow is the light is always on, regardless of the position of the light switches on the walls.

Can some one advise me please what have I done wrong?

Thanks in advance.
