Battery is good and I have bypassed seat safety switch. I do have 12 volts at the ignition switch.

That's an Intek and you need to tell us if that power reaches the coil when you turn the key to start. BTW you have at least 2 more safety switches, the seat usually goes out first but clutch/ brake and blade can also fail. Which model, starts with 917.XXXX

I'll put my money on the blade switch .check and make sure the levers all the way off.
