I would like to find out about a hotels strategies to grow its business. What do they do to be better than the competitors. And then also see how customers viewed the hotel and their perceptions. And maybe even send some questionnairs to the employees to see their opinion.
But I do not know what the title, aim and objective would be and how exactly I should structure my dissertation (10.000 words).
