My 95 Honda accord won't start I turned the ignition and no lights or anything come on the lights may have been left on also tried to powered jump for about 20 minutes and nothing also.car is not on a flat surface

Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will do this for free.
