Hi,
Im trying to find a action & love movie. All I know is that this space soldier is sent to earth to find this scientist who's trying to find a way to make it rain on earth again. On his trip he saves this lady and he falls in love for her and decides to be part of their society and defend her town from this bykers. The space leaders decide to send a cyber to find him and kill him & the scientist . At the end he kills the cyber but finds out the girl was also a cyber who carried the technology to make it rain again on earth. She dies at the end.
