I downloaded a free version of windoc pro, only to find out that it wasn't free. I deleted it from the add or remove hardware on my PC. Now I get this balloon popping up saying my PC is infected. How do I get rid of this annoying pop up balloon.

I assume you mean you uninstalled it form Add/Remove programs. What is givien you the infected messages? Is it your a/v software? What does it say to do?

Googling windoc pro brings up warez, cracks and serials websites. Can't be good... :cool:

That annoying popup could be adware or a virus, imitating Antivirus warning messages, and once you click to close it, who knows what just happened. So don't click to close it, try Alt-F4 instead.

Like ScottGem asked, what does the message say? And what options does it give you?
