I live in TX and my wife has moved our children out of school without my knowledge what can I do. I filed for divorce on the same day she withdrew the kids out of school without me knowing.

You probably should apply to the court for temporary orders pending a final divorce decree. These orders should provide for custody of the children, and which school they should attend. If it is ordered that the children should continue to attend the school they were in, you would simply re-enroll them.
The title of this thread is "broken standing order". Does the court in which you have filed for divorce have a standing order which your wife has violated? If so, you would move that she be required to show cause why she shouldn't be held in contempt of court.

Agreed, file for an emergancy hearing asking for temp custody and ordering her to bring the children back to state.

We need more info here. Did your wife move or just pull the children from school? Did she tell the school they were not returning to school?
Did you ask the court for custody to be ordered as part of the divorce?
